At Complete Access Partners, we are proud to deliver industry-leading access consulting services grounded in deep technical knowledge and genuine commitment to inclusive design. Our team is led by John Moore, an AIBS Level 1 Accredited Building Surveyor and certified SDA & LHA Assessor, with over 15 years of experience in building compliance, certification, and accessibility.

John’s expertise spans across public, private, and government sectors, including major projects with Brisbane Airport, the Department of Defence, and the Queensland Government’s Non-Conforming Building Product Audit Taskforce. With qualifications in Building Surveying, Access Consulting, and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), he brings an unmatched level of precision and integrity to every project.

Having personally conducted countless SDA assessments and access audits across Australia, John understands the nuances of the Disability Discrimination Act, the National Construction Code, and the AS1428 suite of Australian Standards. He is highly respected for his ability to balance regulatory compliance with practical, participant-centred design.

At Complete Access Partners, we collaborate with developers, architects, builders, and NDIS stakeholders to ensure accessible environments that meet legal obligations — and more importantly, make a real difference in people’s lives.
